Traveling to Paramaribo in Suriname 🇸🇷
Looking back, Suriname has been a very interesting holiday. It immediately became clear during our first few days in the capital Paramaribo after arriving. Beautiful historic buildings and monuments tucked in between others that were clearly falling apart.
With Dutch being the official language, everything was conveniently readable for us Germans, a unique anomaly in the otherwise Spanish-speaking surrounding countries.
